Can't Login? Is a system error or page not found displayed?
Please follow these instructions in order to get to the login screen:
- If using Google Chrome, open an incognito session (upper right corner of browser, 3 vertical dots)
- If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, change the compatibility setting (upper right corner of the browser, gear icon)
Can't Login? Trouble Resetting your password?
- Clear your Internet browser's cache/history and try again
- When logging into the portal you should be using the Candidate ID (not VUMC ID) and the initial password supplied in your “Welcome” email. If you need to reset the password, you will need to enter the Candidate ID and the email address that was used on your application, which is where your “Welcome” email was sent. When entering your email address please ensure that it is entered in all lower-case. Then you should be able to reset the password
